Each custom-built Blackcap guitar begins by hand selecting old growth Sitka Spruce bracing, straight grain Mahogany kerfing, and the highest grade tone woods available on the market. With a base price of $5,000, every guitar is constructed with exacting attention to detail and hand-crafted sensibility necessary to create a true one of a kind instrument.
There is a world of options for excellent tone woods out there. From distinct and rare to subtle and traditional, I’m happy to discuss options to help you narrow down exactly what tone wood pairing will be best for the unique style and sound you want out of your custom guitar.
