Purchase Agreement.

A nonrefundable $1,000 deposit is necessary at the time of order, to begin the process of purchasing parts and materials for your guitar.  This deposit will ensure your spot in the Blackcap build schedule. Timelines may vary depending on the current work load in the shop, and after the initial deposit, I am happy to plan out flexible payment options as we start to design the guitar.  Any additional upgrades or add-ons must be paid upfront, alongside the initial deposit.  Design or material changes must be agreed upon by both parties, and may change the cost and timeline of the instrument. Any changes made by the customer, after materials have been purchased, may incur additional charges, including the cost of both the original and replacement materials, which will be paid for by the customer.

Once the guitar is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery. All shipping costs, delivery fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any payment processing fees (including, but not limited to, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other payment services) must also be covered by the customer.

Thank you.
